I will work using a variety of techniques to stretch tight muscles, stimulate inactive muscles and improve the condition of soft tissues. Sports massage will help to enable your body to move more freely, as well as enhancing your physical activity, preventing injury and assisting in that all important recovery.

As a soft tissue therapist, my aim is to support you, whatever your required outcome. Pre-event, post-event, general maintenence, or simply relaxation!

Services

Sports taping, myofascial cupping, dry needling and hot stones therapy are all available as part of a 1-hour treatment at no extra charge.

Therapeutic/Maintenance Massage


Up to 1.5 hours of targeted treatment to support your training schedule. This session works to address soft tissue dysfunction, improve range of motion and flexibility, and alleviate stress and tension caused by a heavy training load. Ideal for managing ongoing niggles and maintaining performance.

Pre-Event Massage

Specific treatment given up to 3 days prior to your sports event. The aim is to increase circulation, flexibility and mental clarity to improve performance.

Post-event massage

Designed to increase circulation to support recovery, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation.
