About
Karen Spooner
The past few years have seen a rapid development in my outlook on life.
My journey into health and fitness started with a Couch to 5k programme – and the injuries sustained as a result!
After seeing physiotherapists, sports masseurs and other professionals, I soon developed a massive respect for the sports industry and the athletes that form the backbone of it.
I spend my spare time taking part in Obstacle course races, mud runs, the occasional triathlon and Karate and I am well aware of the stresses and pain experienced whilst putting your body under the pressure of training and competition.
As a therapist, my aim is to support you, whatever your required outcome. Pre-event, post-event, general maintenance – we’ll work together to keep you moving towards your goal.
