Pre-Event Massage
A short, specific treatment given immediately before (30 minutes- 24 hours before) your sports event. The aim is to increase your circulation, flexibility and mental clarity to improve your performance.

Post-Event Massage
A short to medium treatment 30 minutes to 48 hours post event. The aim is to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce muscle tension and to simply relax and focus on recovery.
This one might hurt a bit!

Therapeutic/Maintenance Massage
Up to an hour (or more if you're brave) of "maintenance" massage that will support your training schedule. This massage works to correct soft tissue dysfunction and improve range of motion and flexibility. It will help to alleviate stress and tension brought on by a heavy training load and will work away those niggles.
This one is nice but to the point!
